Participants included about 20 area ministers, and chaplains from the Navy and Jacksonville Sheriff's Office

The service closed with the congregation leaving the Cathedral in a candlelight procession, while the choir sang "God of our fathers".

A Note Of Thanksgiving - Cathedral Choir member John Butterbrodt's brother, Stephen Butterbrodt, a police officer for the Port Authority of New York City, has contacted family members to let them know he is all right, and is assisting with efforts in lower Manhattan.
