Bishop Keyser is a former resident of the northeast Florida area, and his daughter, Christine Keyser-Ball, is Director of Christian Formation at St. John's Cathedral.  He is the former Bishop of the Armed Forces.  The 48th anniversary of his Ordination to the Deaconate happened to occur on this day.
